COMPANY FORMATION/ REGISTRATION

Forming a company, limited by shares or guarantee, can be a confusing matter.

Richard Samson will advise on and carry out the practical aspects of Company formation/ registration.

In addition he will point out the major consequences of forming a company, having regard to:

I. The Registrar of Companies
II. Corporation Tax
III. Income Tax
IV. PAYE
V. VAT

In particular concerning submissions required by the above. Your session with Richard Samson will take approximately 90 minutes and will include his unique perspective. The format will be that of a 'mini-workshop', geared towards your particular business activity, and you are encouraged to prepare questions in advance. The session will also include a brief objective test.
